Basically if you log into your StumbleUpon account and scroll to the bottom of the screen you will see an “advertisers” link, and if you click it you will go to their advertising page.  They let you buy views that are inserted into peoples normal stumbling, and at only 5c a view it works out very cheap to use.

They also let you target your audience right down to the age and interests, and it works wonderfully well with list building incentives.

Best of all they let you pay with your PayPal account, so when you do find something that works you can reinvest in an instant.

Undoubtedly you know how popular Facebook are, but did you know how simple it is to start a group there.  And when you have a group on Facebook you can mass send messages to everyone who is in your group.
